Consultation
We walk the space with you, take measurements and photos, and talk honestly about budget before anything is drawn. Usually 45–60 minutes, at no cost and with no obligation.

Written estimate
You get a line-item estimate — materials, labor, allowances, and exclusions in writing. If something is not in the estimate, it is not in the price, and we say so up front rather than discovering it later.

Timeline you can plan around
Before we start you get a schedule with the real dates: demolition, rough-in, inspection, finishes, and walkthrough. We tell you which weeks the kitchen or bath will be out of service so you can plan for it.

Change orders in writing
Plans change once walls open up. Every change is priced and signed before the work happens — never a verbal “we’ll settle up at the end.” You always know what the current number is.
